1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using Stashly ("the app", "our service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the app.
2. Service Description
Stashly is a Slack application that collects emoji-reacted messages from Slack channels and organizes them into Slack Canvas documents. The app operates within the Slack platform using the permissions granted during installation.
3. Account and Access
- A Slack workspace administrator must authorize the installation of Stashly.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Slack workspace and the permissions granted to the app.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated.
4. Plans and Features
Stashly offers the following plans:
- Free Plan: Includes basic message collection with limits on message count, collection period, and single-channel operation.
- Pro Plan: A paid subscription that removes these limits and unlocks additional features such as multi-channel collection and append mode.
We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice. Current pricing is available on the Pricing page.
5. Payment and Billing
- Pro Plan subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
- You authorize us to charge the payment method provided via Stripe for recurring subscription fees.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
- All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include applicable taxes.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Slack's terms of service.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the app.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service's infrastructure.
- Use automated means to excessively access the service beyond normal usage.
7. Intellectual Property
The Stashly name, logo, and application code are the property of the Stashly team. Your Slack content remains your own — we claim no ownership of the messages or Canvas documents created through the service.
8. Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stashly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
- You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app from your Slack workspace.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
- Upon termination, your installation data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.

1. 規約への同意
Stashly（以下「本アプリ」「本サービス」）をインストールまたは使用することにより、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリのインストール・使用をお控えください。
2. サービスの概要
Stashlyは、Slackチャンネル内の絵文字リアクション付きメッセージを収集し、Slack Canvasドキュメントに整理するSlackアプリケーションです。インストール時に付与された権限の範囲内でSlackプラットフォーム上で動作します。
3. アカウントとアクセス
- Stashlyのインストールには、Slackワークスペース管理者の承認が必要です。
- ワークスペースのセキュリティおよびアプリに付与した権限の管理はお客様の責任となります。
- 本規約に違反した場合、サービスへのアクセスを停止または終了する場合があります。
4. プランと機能
Stashlyでは以下のプランを提供しています：
- Freeプラン: メッセージ件数・収集期間・単一チャンネルの制限付きで基本的なメッセージ収集が利用可能です。
- Proプラン: 有料サブスクリプションにより、これらの制限が解除され、複数チャンネル収集や追記モードなどの追加機能が利用可能になります。
プランの機能および価格は、合理的な通知の上で変更される場合があります。最新の料金は料金ページをご確認ください。
5. 支払いと請求
- Proプランのサブスクリプションは、Stripeを通じて月額で請求されます。
- Stripeを通じて提供された支払い方法に対する定期的なサブスクリプション料金の請求を承認したものとします。
- サブスクリプションは、現在の請求期間終了前にキャンセルしない限り、自動更新されます。
- キャンセルは現在の請求期間終了時に有効となります。月の途中での日割り返金は行いません。
- 価格はすべて日本円（JPY）表示で、適用される税金を含みます。
6. 禁止事項
以下の行為を禁止します：
- 違法な目的での使用、またはSlackの利用規約に違反する使用。
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、改変、または派生物の作成。
- サービスのインフラへの干渉または妨害。
- 通常の使用範囲を超えた自動化手段によるアクセス。
7. 知的財産
Stashlyの名称、ロゴ、アプリケーションコードはStashlyチームの所有物です。お客様のSlackコンテンツはお客様に帰属します。本サービスを通じて作成されたメッセージやCanvasドキュメントの所有権を当方が主張することはありません。
8. プライバシー
本サービスの利用には、プライバシーポリシーも適用されます。データの収集、利用、保護について説明しています。
9. 免責事項
本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、明示的または黙示的を問わず、いかなる種類の保証も行いません。サービスの中断がないこと、エラーがないこと、有害な要素がないことを保証するものではありません。
10. 責任の制限
法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、Stashlyは本サービスの使用に起因するまたは関連する間接的、偶発的、特別、または結果的損害について責任を負いません。当方の責任の総額は、請求に先立つ12か月間にお客様が本サービスに対して支払った金額を上限とします。
11. 解約
- Slackワークスペースからアプリをアンインストールすることで、いつでもサービスの利用を停止できます。
- 本規約に違反した場合、アクセスを停止または終了する場合があります。
- 解約時のインストールデータの削除については、プライバシーポリシーに従います。
12. 規約の変更
本規約は随時更新される場合があります。変更後もサービスの利用を継続することにより、更新後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
13. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。紛争が生じた場合は、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
